My Story...

Sara Minges, M.S., Poet, Speaker, Life Coach, Author

Hi, I'm Sara! People also call me the "Happiness Guru" or "Wonder Woman"..

I'm a DBT-Informed Therapist turned Life Coach, International Speaker, Mentor, Author and Touring Poet..  I'm also the Founder of Wonder Woman Rising.  Drawing on my diverse 20 year career working in the mental health/wellness field, I help teenage girls and women let go of self-loathing and limiting beliefs, empowering them to transform their lives by reclaiming their superpowers and learning to love and accept their personal truths.

My signature programThe Goddess Plan, is a life coaching and skills training program based on the acquisition of core DBT skills (mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness skills), intuitive eating concepts, gut health and the importance of physical movement, stress management, Brene` Brown's research on vulnerability, bravery, courage and empathy.  It is a revolutionary program, including a parent component for the teen option.  It is intended to help with the following issues:

-yo-yo dieting

-poor body image

-low self-esteem

-dysfunctional family relationships

-feelings of not being "worthy" of love

-scarcity mindset

- "black and white" rigid thinking

- fear of being imperfect

-lack of empathy

For clients wanting more info about my background,
