Self-Care Coaching
Women have been taught to SACRIFICE their needs to nurture and take care of others, even if it requires sacrificing or ignoring their wants or needs.

We do too much because we have taught our families, friends, and co-workers to expect that we will do too much. Sure, doing things for the people we love feels good. Too much of a good thing becomes a bad thing. Giving too much often leads to people pleasing, resenting other people, overwhelm, and burnout.

I promise - your husbands, spouses, life partners, and kids/step-kids are much more capable than you think:
- 3 year-olds can put clothes in a laundry basket
- 8 year-olds can make a casserole or dump ingredients in the crockpot
- 8 year olds can be taught to preheat the even, set a timer, and cook a pizza

Self-Care is so much more than coffee dates, trips to the salon, bubble baths, or massages. It is an INVESTMENT in YOU. It is a commitment to making yourself a priority, loving yourself, and saying no to the requests of others, in order to make time for yourself, to do the things you love.

SELF-CARE COACHING empowers you to achieve a work-life balance that works for you. It gives you permission to say "no",; to set and maintain clear, kind boundaries with the people in your life, without feeling guilty or telling yourself you are a bad spouse/partner/mother/friend, etc.
